Do you transport cars as part of a house removal, or only as a standalone booking?
Both. If you are moving house with Alltranz, we can coordinate car transport on the same day or across adjacent days so that your vehicle arrives at the new address without you needing to arrange a separate contractor. Standalone bookings are equally welcome: contact us with your dates and we will confirm availability.
Is car transport covered by your goods-in-transit insurance?
Yes. Vehicles in our care during transport are covered by our goods-in-transit policy for the duration of the job. For high-value or classic cars, raise the declared value at quote stage so we can confirm the cover level is appropriate. Your own vehicle insurance remains relevant for mechanical breakdown during transit, which falls outside the removal contract.
How far in advance do I need to book car transport?
We ask for at least five to seven working days where possible, particularly if the transport forms part of a larger removal booking. Short-notice requests can sometimes be accommodated: call 01327 876007 directly to check availability rather than using the contact form.
Do you transport vehicles to Europe, or only within the UK?
Our International CPC covers European transport. International vehicle moves are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than as a packaged product line. Contact us with your destination country and timeline and we will confirm whether we can cover the route.
